Privacy notice
This website is operated for Jandran Law Associates, Lahore, Pakistan. Questions about your information can be sent to admin@jandran-law.com.
Information you provide
The consultation form collects your name, email, matter category and short description, acknowledgement of this notice, and any optional phone number, city, deadline, other-party names, and contact preference you provide. Please avoid sending sensitive evidence or documents at this stage.
How information is used
The firm uses enquiries to review suitability, consider potential conflicts, contact you, prepare a proposal where appropriate, and maintain related administrative records. Submission does not establish an advocate–client relationship.
Website operation
The website is designed to store records in a MySQL database on Hostinger. When enabled, transactional email notifications are processed by Resend. Enquiry descriptions are kept out of notification subjects and are not included in routine acknowledgement or administrator-notification bodies. Essential session cookies support form security and administrator sign-in. The application uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit abusive requests; it does not intentionally place enquiry descriptions in routine application logs. The hosting provider may maintain its own operational and security logs. The website does not include advertising trackers.
Private proposals
A proposal link grants access to its recipient without an account. Keep it private. Links expire and can be revoked. Responses and material administrative actions are recorded. Email is not a substitute for secure document exchange.
Retention and requests
Information is retained for review and appropriate administrative purposes, subject to the firm’s approved retention arrangements and any applicable obligations. You may contact the firm to request access, correction or deletion; a request may be subject to obligations requiring retention. No fixed retention period is asserted here.
Security
Access controls and secure connections are intended to protect information, but no system can promise absolute security or confidentiality. Contact the firm before supplying highly sensitive material.
